    Finance Analyst

    Job Description/Responsibilities

    What we are looking for:

    We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Finance Analyst to support the Finance Team at Casava.

    The Finance Analyst will support the Head of Finance & Investments in accurate financial record-keeping, supporting financial reporting processes, and contributing to financial analysis and planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements, reports, and budgets on a periodic basis.
    • Conducting financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, financial forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
    • Collaborating with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights into financial performance.
    • Assisting in external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
    • Monitoring cash flow, financial transactions, and banking activities to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

    Product Manager

    Job Description/Responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to define a roadmap for Casava’s products considering the evolution and journey of the product, aligning it to market and customer driven requirements. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the conceptualization, determining requirements gathering, product specification and the implementation review and eventual release of the product.

    You’ll work with Casava’s product and engineering team on product planning, estimation, delivery, risk management and overall product strategy while leveraging interactions with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to support market engagement to drive profitable growth to the business. You will also support the management, scoping and prioritizing of requirements across various work streams (UX/Design/Dev/QA) to evaluate business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends and competitive landscape.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features, enhancements, and launches on time and within scope.
    • Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
    • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring a seamless user experience.

    Internal Audit Officer

    We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, identifying potential risks, and recommending effective solutions.

    Growth Marketing Specialist

    What we are looking for:    

    As Growth Marketing Specialist at Casava, you'll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives, and be responsible for managing the company’s customer acquisition funnel. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. 

    You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling. Working cross-functionally with the product management, design, and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives, monitor and manage our analytics and develop insightful reports for teams and superiors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    In this role, you’ll be responsible for;

    • Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage and convert leads to customers.
    • Optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
    • Developing and overseeing the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on up-selling products to partner’s customers, reducing churn and increasing CLV.
