    Quality Assurance Officer

    Job Summary

    • In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring we deliver the highest quality of care to our patients.
    • You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with hospital policies and procedures, conducting audits, and identifying areas for improvement in our quality assurance programs

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct audits of clinical and non-clinical departments, evaluating adherence to established standards and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data and reports related to patient care, quality metrics, and risk management.
    • Investigate and resolve patient complaints and incident reports, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with hospital staff.
    • Maintain and update quality assurance documents, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
    • Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO) and accreditation requirements.
    • Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare quality assurance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
    • Knowledge of ISO operations and practices is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance or a related field.
    • HSE I, II, III Certification.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding the integrity of our financial and operational systems, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records, including medical billing and coding practices, to verify accuracy and compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
