• Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in developing strategies, exceeding sales target that result in significant revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a client-centric approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Familiarity with the Nigerian market and industry trends is a plus.
• A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
