    Swimming Pool Attendant

    Responsibilities

    • Observe, patrol pool and enforce safety regulations.
    • Assist swimmers from water from water when in danger.
    • Provide excellent service consistent with the hotel standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
    • Knowledgeable of pool facility such as length and depth of all pools, how many laps it takes to make complete a mile in meters and feet etc.
    • Pool side Bar hours of operation, location of facilities and emergency procedure for rescue.
    • Identify and report defects throughout the pool area, notify supervisors and concerned departments immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
    • Ensure swimming pool is clean always and report any maintenance issues.
    • Ensure the pool deck is swept and watered down and that all furniture is in the correct place, when setting up in the morning.
    • Straightening and stacking chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, replacing towels, replacing flags and cleaning signs.

    Education and Qualifications

    • Minimum of High School or SSCE Certificate.

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years’ work experience in related field.

    Cold Room / AC Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks.
    • Undertake response maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, inclusive of troubleshooting breakdowns.
    • Identify parts required for the servicing and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
    • Undertake condition reports of the existing systems.
    • Undertake quality assurance checks of material supplied
    • Inspect and check the work delivered by contractors.
    • Identify critical stock items.
    • Follows the direction and instructions given to them by supervisors and or line managers.
    • Supervises any junior team members.

    Education and Qualifications

    • Minimum of Trade Test 1,2 and 3.

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years’ work experience within the electrical industry, preferable maintenance.

    Beneficial:

    • IOSH Safety in construction management
    • Degree in related field
    • First Aid (3-day course).

    Junior Electrical Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
    • Electrical installations.
    • Maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
    • Generator monitoring, troubleshooting, repairs, servicing.
    • Powerplant design and operation.
    • Solar design, installation, monitoring, repair.
    • Monitoring, recording and reporting of daily activities of the power team.
    • Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
    • Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
    • Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
    • Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
    • Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Education and Qualifications

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field

    Experience

    • 5 years’ work experience within the electrical industry, preferable maintenance.
