Position Overview

• This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented operator capable of operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications and safety standards.
• The role involves monitoring machine performance, ensuring product accuracy, and supporting efficient production processes while working closely with production and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathe and / or milling machines.
• Load CNC programs and configure tools and machine parameters.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Identify and report defects, tool wear, and equipment issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Comply with HSE policies and proper use of PPE.
• Work with the team to meet production targets and reduce downtime.
• Support continuous improvement and efficient machining practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: B.Eng./B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing or automotive company.
• Technical Proficiency:Strong knowledge of CNC machine processes, tooling, materials, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Measurement & Quality: Proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments and understanding of quality control 
• standards.

Job Summary

• The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and increasing revenue.
• The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and market expansion plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Security Studies, or a related field
• 5–8years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in defense, security, high-value B2B sales or manufacturing)
• Professional certification in Sales and/or Marketing is required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical products to clients
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Ability to work independently and manage field engagements.
• Applicant must have prior experience in the automobile industryand reside within close proximity to Lekki.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest quality standards. Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Project Management: Lead technical projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with company goals.

Qualification

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or additional certifications in production management are a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a production management role, with a proven track record of supervisory or line management responsibilities.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of production technical standards, processes, and relevant legislation. Demonstrated proficiency in managing technical projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) is essential. Familiarity with production management software and tools is advantageous.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to managing production challenges.
