    • Our client is a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Company engaged in the Production and sales of a cereal products and seeks to engage an exceptional Professional for the position of a Production Supervisor.
    • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of HND or Bsc in Food Tech or other relevant related Science course with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry. 
    • Candidates living around Sango in Ogun State will have an advantage.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
    • Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
    • Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity
    • Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
    • Perform verification of production output according to specifications

    Civil Engineer

    Job Summary

    • Our client urgent desires the services of an experienced building construction Engineer who is hard working, trustworthy and has a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the construction Industry. This person must have HND or BSc in Engineering.
    • A higher National Diploma as a Builder will be accepted. Also, a Master’s degree will be an advantage. It is also a pre-requisite that the ideal candidate must have a professional certificate preferably COREN and membership of NSE

    The job responsibilities include

    • Determine and define scope of work deliverable and predict resources needed to complete project.
    • Prepares preliminary and final designs for complex projects from written/verbal
    • direction, or from a general assignment of an area of engineering responsibility
    • Participates in the design, preparation and checking of construction plans, site investigations, cost estimates, specifications, and reports
    • Assist to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
    • Manage site design, civil & construction schedule and activities
    • Issue progress updates as needed regarding deliverables, costs and timelines.
    • Ensure site build works are done in compliance with all relevant site build safety codes and guidelines
    • Collaborate with design, civil, structural, and architects to determine the specifications of the project.
    • Determine needed (manpower, resources equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
    • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
    • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
    • Investigates structural damages and prepares estimated cost of repair, prepares reports pertaining to the progress of design, construction and other agencies.
    • Supervise the work of laborers, engineers and give them guidance when needed.
    • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
    • Review and make recommendations in relation to equipment to
      effectively and efficiently deliver projects and resource requirements to CBC
    • Represent the Company in major meetings
    • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
      and report issues.
    • Any other assignment from the Management.

    Quantity Surveyor

    Job Summary

    • Our client is a key player in the building construction and design Industry. Our client office is located at Awolowo way, Ikeja, Lagos Our client urgent desires the services of an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is hard working, trustworthy and has a minimum of 7 years’ experience preferably in the construction Industry. 
    • This person must have HND or BSc in Quantity Surveyor. It is also a pre-requisite that the ideal candidate must have a professional certificate preferably NIQS. A masters degree will be an advantage

    Responsibilities

    • Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements
    • Undertaking feasibility studies, site surveys and estimations
    • Preparing contract documents and tenders
    • Identifying commercial risks and developing appropriate responses
    • Allocating and monitoring the work of subcontractors
    • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
    • Analysing project outcomes and creating detailed financial reports
    • Maximising potential project income at all times
    • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sustainability, quality and other statutory requirements
    • Run cost analyses of the various types of work as a forerunner to tender preparation.
    • Select, price and source construction materials.
    • Advise clients on procurement strategies.
    • Factor in the implications of health and safety regulations.
    • Identify commercial risks and help develop suitable responses.
    • Prepare the tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, with the architect and the client.
    • Select subcontractors, agree the scope of services and allocate work.
    • Monitor and control costs throughout the project.
    • Identify risks surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation.
    • Track any changes to the design or actual work and adjust budget projections.
    • Value completed work and arrange payments to subcontractors.
    • Analyse progress and write detailed reports.
    • Liaise between site managers, project managers, site engineers and the client.
    • Prepare summary reports for the client and other relevant stakeholders.

    Requirement

    • Interested candidates must have an HND / BSc Degree with 7 years work experience preferably in the construction Industry.
