    Customer Life Cycle Management Associate

    Summary

    • We’re looking for a Customer Lifecycle Specialist to own and optimize our customer engagement strategies across all touchpoints.
    • This role is critical in ensuring our customers are supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey, ultimately driving retention, upsell, and revenue growth.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers from onboarding through retention and expansion.
    • Map the customer journey, define touchpoints, and create initiatives for onboarding, upsell, retention, and churn prevention.
    • Build and manage customer segmentation, ensuring messages are personalized and targeted.
    • Design and execute email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, including promotional, triggered, and nurture sequences.
    • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to continuously improve messaging, timing, and engagement metrics.
    • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align campaigns with product launches and user needs.
    • Establish testing frameworks (A/B tests, experiments) to optimize campaign performance.
    • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities to increase conversions, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with analytics to develop dashboards and reporting to measure lifecycle program effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 1+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or growth marketing.
    • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, behavior, and journey mapping.
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
    • Skilled in email design (HTML/CSS), SMS, push notifications, and A/B testing.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

    Growth and Partnership Specialist

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a Growth and Partnership Specialist to lead our go-to-market efforts, drive user acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and convert high-intent leads into paid users.
    • Reporting directly to the Director of Europe operations, you will be responsible for identifying and closing growth opportunities, managing key referral relationships (such as travel consultants, relocation agents, and educational advisors), and ensuring seamless conversion through our platform.
    • This is a highly impactful and hands-on role, ideal for someone who can blend strategic thinking with execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute growth strategies that increase paid user acquisition and drive revenue growth.
    • Identify, onboard, and manage a network of referral agents, travel consultants, and institutional partners.
    • Build and maintain a structured partner pipeline with clear KPIs and performance milestones.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to ensure aligned growth initiatives.
    • Develop onboarding and training materials for partners and ensure activation within 2 weeks of signup.
    • Design and manage incentive programs to encourage consistent lead delivery and conversion.
    • Monitor and report performance: track leads, paid users, conversion rates, and revenue per partner.

    • Provide regular insights and updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • 3–10+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or strategy-execution role.
    • Strong track record of user and revenue growth through partnerships or channel sales.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools.
    • Deep understanding of African markets and migration trends is a plus.
    • Experience working with agents, consultancies, or diaspora communities is highly desirable.

    Product Manager (Intern)

    Position Overview

    • As a Product Manager Intern at Blumefy, you will support our product team in shaping the roadmap and driving initiatives that directly impact our users’ migration journeys.
    • This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management within a mission-driven, tech-enabled environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback, market research, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
    • Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, user stories, and requirement documents.
