    Project Mechanical and Materials Engineer (Construction)

    Job Summary 

    • We are hiring a Project Mechanical and Materials Engineer for a construction project in Umuahia.
    • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in designing mechanical systems, selecting construction materials, and supervising project sites,ideally within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector.

    Key Duties

    • Supervise mechanical installations and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
    • Select and evaluate materials for strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness
    • Interpret technical drawings using tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks
    • Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve design and site issues
    • Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports
    • Provide technical support during procurement and construction phases
    • Monitor project progress and recommend efficiency improvements.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, engineering, or EPC projects
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction materials
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills
    • Certification (where applicable) is an advantage
    • Must be based in or ready to relocate to Umuahia.

    Project Civil Engineer (Construction)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a qualified Project Civil Engineer to lead and manage construction activities in Umuahia.
    • This role requires strong experience in structural design, site supervision, and project coordination, ideally within the EPC or construction industry.

    Key Duties

    • Plan, design, and manage construction of buildings and infrastructure
    • Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and design standards

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CFA, CFP, or CIS is a plus).
    • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly in investment/asset management.
    • Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and investment products.
    • Proven ability to develop and manage client investment portfolios.
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Salary
    N600,000 – N900,000 Net (Based on ability to raise funds and existing clientele base).
