    Advocacy and Partnership Lead

    Job Description

    • The Advocacy and Partnership Lead must ensure the advancement of immunization, MNCH+N, and FP/RH priorities in the FCT by driving policy engagement, technical advocacy and cross sector partnerships.

    Specific Responsibilities
    The Advocacy and Partnership Lead will:

    • Lead engagement with FCT PHC Board, SMoH, and other government stakeholders
    • Coordinate advocacy with CSOs, faith leaders and private sector partners
    • Develop policy briefs, position papers and advocacy materials
    • Support the use of global goods like the IA2030 Scorecard for accountability
    • Strengthen networks and coalitions to amplify organizational voice and project reach.
    • Maintain strong relationships with media and community leaders to promote visibility.
    • Align advocacy efforts with the MCGL/RISE Project objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Communications or related field
    • Strong understanding of Nigeria’s health system and immunization landscape
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Health advocacy, policy engagement, or partnerships.

    Program Manager

    Job Description

    • The Program Manager will lead the overall coordination, planning and implementation of the MCGL/RISE Project, across the FCT.  
    • S/He will serve as the primary liaison with the Prime Recipient, Government Partners and other technical partners and will ensure the timely delivery of results against project targets, budget and compliance requirements.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic and operational leadership for project implementation in FCT
    • Coordinate integrated MNCH+N, immunization, and FP/RH activities across LGAs
    • Oversee budget management, work planning, and donor reporting.Foster partnerships with government, CSOs, and private sector actors.
    • Drive adaptive learning and use of evidence for program improvement.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • MBBS, or Master’s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Policy, Development Studies, or related fields
    • Proven experience in MNCH, immunization, or FP/RH programming.
    • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial oversight skills.

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum 7 years’ experience managing USG or donor-funded health programs.

    Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Lead

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and management of the project’s MEL system.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in tracking project performance, measuring impact, strengthening data use, and supporting evidence-based decision-making across project activities.
    • The MEL Lead will work closely with project teams, government stakeholders, and partners to ensure high-quality data management, compliance with donor requirements, and continuous learning for program improvement.

    Specific Responsibilities
    The MEL Lead will:

    • Develop and manage the project MEL Plan, Dashboards, and Data Collection Tools
    • Conduct data analysis, learning reviews and support evidence use for decision-making
    • Build the capacity of LGA teams and partners on data quality and use
    • Lead reporting against USG indicators and contribute to documentation of best practices
    • Ensure adherence to donor MEL frameworks, organizational standards, and national reporting requirements.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in Public Health, Biostatistics, Statistics or related field
    • Proficiency in DHIS2, SPSS/Stata/R, and data visualization tools.
    • Experience with immunization and MNCH+N data preferred.

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Health advocacy, policy engagement, or partnerships.

    LGA Co-Ordinators

    Job Description

    • The LGA Coordinator will coordinate the implementation at the LGA level, ensuring quality, equity, and coverage of MNCH+N, immunization, and FP/RH services.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Liaise with LGA PHC Departments and Health Facilities to plan and monitor activities
    • Support capacity building, data collection, and supervision at the facility level.
    • Identify and address bottlenecks to service delivery and demand creation
    • Document lessons and contribute to adaptive learning at the LGA level

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Community Health, or related field. 
    • A master’s degree is an added advantage
    • Expertise with immunization, MNCH, and FP/RH services in Nigeria
    • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in health program implementation at the LGA level.
