    Head-Public Relations

    Job Description:

    INDUSTRY: FMCG (Food spices and condiments)

    Requirement

    • Minimum of 5 years experience as Head of public relations in government agencies or multinational company
    • Bachelor’s degree/MBA/MSC in communications, psychology, PR, digital communications, journalism, or related discipline required.
    • Experience leading corporate communications or a PR agency. Global experience is required.
    • Solid ability to build productive relationships and lead the development of communications strategies through interactions with internal and external partners.
    • Strong writing & editing skills are a must, with a focus on quality control.
    • Excellent presentation and speaking skills
    • Experience working in a busy press office or PR within the financial services sector with a strong book of press contacts
    • Have an understanding of how you can tell a story using data.
    • Understand how to quantify and measure the value of PR, and show the rest of the company why it’s important too
    • The ideal candidate should be well versed with Nigeria environment and government and its agencies
    • Must be fluent in the local dialect
    • Should be capable to act as the corporate face of the Company and represent the Company on various platforms and meetings
    • Work experiences a senior position with the Government or its Agencies or in similar job profiles with other Corporates will be an added advantage

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive and maintain overall narrative and message framework for cohesive and integrated external communications programming via related channels, including media relations materials, corporate website, social media, etc.
    • Initiate, create, and deliver earned media programming/stories that drive awareness and engagement linked to TeamApt’s business and brand strategy
    • Proactively pitch stories positioning TeamApt and spokespeople as experts on identified topics and key related growth trends.
    • Serve as communications subject matter expert with the ability to direct and manage media engagements proactively and reactively.
    • Prepare spokespeople and leaders for media interviews and speaking engagements through media training as appropriate.
    • Serve as a key media contact as appropriate, including during crises.
    • Drive media relations efforts to support financial performance reporting and investor/analyst events and activities as needed
    • Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with related industry and financial reporters
    • Evaluate and prepare briefing documents related to interviews, external conferences, and opportunities.
    • Leverage digital, social, and paid media to complement and enhance earned media efforts as appropriate.
    • Manage external PR or external communication agency partners, including tracking budgets, reporting, and delivery of support to meet business goals

    Regional Sales Manager (North/Central)

    Our client in the FMCG industry(Food spices and Condiments) is seeking to hire experienced candidates for the below position

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Overall responsibility for achieving or exceeding the Sales and Distribution objectives in the respective Region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy.

    Principal Accountabilities

    Sales Target:

    Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the company.

    Marketing Support:
    Coordinate with the Marketing Division to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives.

    High Performance Team:
    Coordinate with the Human Resources and the Line Managers to efficiently implement HR initiatives so as to motivate and lead a High Performance Team. Check individual performances of the Sales Team and motivate them, either through personal counseling and/or imparting training in tactical selling skills to improve and enhance their capabilities and sales performance.

    Market Knowledge:
    Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
    Sales Systems:
    Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing to ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service to company customers.

    Finance & Accounts
    Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms to control collections and receivables.
    Marketing Activities:

    • Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives.
    • Analyze the impact of such promotions and submit report to the Sales Manager for assessment and evaluation.

      Knowledge Skills and Experience:

      KNOWLEDGE:
      Minimum: Bachelor degree in Marketing or Management preferably an MBA

      EXPERIENCE:
      Minimum of 7 years experience in sales of FMCG products, preferably indirect distribution channel.

    BTL Marketing Manager

    • JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Develop and execute the BTL Marketing strategy of the Brand to achieve defined
    •  Develop business objectives (KPIs).
    •   Lead marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to meet both brand and customer expectations.
