    BTL Marketing Manager

    • JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Develop and execute the BTL Marketing strategy of the Brand to achieve defined
    •  Develop business objectives (KPIs).
    •   Lead marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to meet both brand and customer expectations.
    •   Identify, negotiate and follow-up with BTL Agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of In-shop and outdoor branding tools and materials.
    •   Develop the market plan and perform market research, such as focus groups,customer feedback, competition benchmarking.
    •   Develop, manage and distribute promotional marketing materials.
    •  Ensure the proper development, execution and benchmarking of all Trade and BTL
    • programs designed to increase Brand Visibility and Top of Mind Awareness and Recall for the Brand.
    •   Run local level campaigns to drive store or regional level targets.
    •  Manage trade marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost policies are applied having in mind optimisation between quality and price.
    •   Prepare yearly trade promotional plan.
    •  Monitor competitor activities and report same to management.
    •  Understand business and translate client needs (Distributors & Retailers) into value.
    •  Lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories focusing on Lagos market.
