    Internal Auditor

    Responsibilities:

    • Review financial statements, accounting records, and transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Evaluate the reliability and integrity of financial information and the effectiveness of financial reporting processes.
    • Identify and investigate discrepancies, irregularities, or fraudulent activities and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
    • Evaluate inventory management practices, production processes, and quality control measures to ensure alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced operational performance.
    • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
    • Provide recommendations to management for enhancing risk management frameworks and processes.
    • Collaborate with management to develop corrective action plans and monitor implementation progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred.
    • Previous experience in internal auditing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of internal control concepts, risk assessment methodologies, and audit techniques.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for extracting and analyzing financial and operational data.

    Brand Communications Manager

    Job Role

    • Developing, executing, managing and measuring the effectiveness of the communication plan
    • Increasing awareness of the category/product line in an effective manner
    • Executing the brand communications strategy across offline and digital channels. Supervise the quality of creatives and content for social media.
    • Coordinate with Agencies for Marketing and communications related work
    • Developing a media relations plan, seeking high level placements in print, broadcast and online media
    • Managing media enquiries and interview requests
    • Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success
    • Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
    • Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee moral
    • Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and make recommendations regarding the communication strategy

    • Reach out to influencers, media, and beyond in order to arrange story placement

    Market Development Manager

    Job Description

    • Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
    • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
    • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
    • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
    • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.

    • Manage sales point inventory—determine inventory needs of every sales point and organize restocks.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer support tickets and complaints from resellers.
    • Planning, developing, training, and empowering existing downline human resources to take on additional and higher responsibility.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a HND, BSC in any related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG
    • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases, and MS Office.
    • Good driving Skill.
