MAIN FUNCTIONS
Comment and provide advice on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by contractors and sub contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team's goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Company representative for interfacing with subsea tree, hangers, and wellhead interfaces and subsea pressure control equipment (e.g., subsea BOPs, SSTT, CWOR, and LWI) for subsea drilling, completion, and/or well interventions during planning and execution phases.
- Lead in coordinating surface integrity tests (SITs), witnessing any recertification, factory acceptance, and extended factory acceptance testing (FAT / EFAT).
- Coordinating subsea equipment & ROV aspects of drilling, completions, and/or well intervention risk assessments
- Prepare brownfield survey and subsea equipment (e.g., trees, hangers, wellheads, subsea BOPs, SSTT / landing strings, CWOR, and LWI) deployment and retrieval procedures and ROV tooling and related procedures.
- Monitor subsea equipment service provider and ROV service provider; provide project management support and troubleshooting of subsea pressure control equipment issues
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a closely related position
- Extensive knowledge of In-depth understanding of subsea completion, workover and light well intervention units (e.g. semi submersibles, jack ups and multipurpose vessels)
- Develops and manages project interfaces (e.g. subsea simultaneous drilling and production procedures, interfaces with other subsea systems)
- Keeps abreast of subsea completions and workover techniques and technology progress within EM and industry, applies emerging technology and practices where appropriate and can use Tech Set applications effectively
- Experienced in the areas of subsea system hydraulic modeling, well surveillance, well testing operations, multiphase metering, subsea production / artificial lift optimization (e.g. subsea booster pumps, gas lift and riser lift) and flow assurance

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Technicians are assigned to carry out maintenance work. This can either be an Company (XOM) employee or a Contractor resource. Typically reports to a supervisor.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists mechanical engineers in the planning and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery, such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
- Helps prepare proposals and cost estimates.

The Materials Lead manages and expedites flow of materials, equipment, parts, and assemblies between internal and external departments and sites, according to delivery and shipping schedules and project priorities, and compiles and maintains computerized records.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
The Drilling Offshore Installation (OI) Project Advisor is responsible for supporting drilling operations regarding Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) issues. The Advisor serves as a contact for SSHE issues related to Drilling Project-based activities, executing initiatives, developing and executing programs/plans, and responding to requests and questions from the drill team.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Company SSHE representation for the project, in addition to rig sites and rig move and transport operations ensuring full communication of concerns, activities and initiatives
- Develop and maintain site orientation/induction program
- Develop programs, plans, initiatives, e.g. Operations SSHE Plan, Drill Team SSHE Leadership Forums, Site Stewardship Plans, Emergency Management Plan, etc.
- Monitor contractor/service partner compliance with all Company Drilling SSHE requirements and specifically the Drill Team/Rig “Operations Safety Plan”, advising contractor/service partner and Operations Superintendents of SSHE issues
- Conduct oi System (oi) Compliance audits
- Provide support to rig sites/locations in the event of an incident with regards to reporting, advice on mitigation and prevention methods, etc.
- Develop and maintain safety related training for contractor work crews
- Facilitate regular SSHE inspection, assessments and audit on-site in accordance with established Company SSHE programs or as requested by the site team

MAIN FUNCTIONS
To supervise the discipline Technicians in the execution of electrical construction, commissioning, and flawless start-up activities to meet electrical maintenance readiness requirements for the Plant Availability, reliability, and Integrity objectives for the Process Facilities in CLIENT Project, in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner
To ensure an electrical discipline-focused, fully populated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is in place for use by CLIENT for the commissioning and start-up phase of the project.
The CLIENT Maintenance Management System will provide the asset team with accurate and relevant data to support the maintenance and integrity processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, inspection and corrosion management, integrity assurance of safety critical elements, and integrity and cost performance management.
To manage the MRTA (Electrical discipline) scope of project from detailed design through Commissioning and Startup period
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for electrical aspects of detailed planning (L3/4) of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) build scope, KPIs, and progress measurement indicators. The CMMS scope includes SAP-PM, spares, and BOM in SAP-MM; Inspection/Corrosion management in S-IMS; and quality interface with supporting systems including s-RBI, s-RCM, w-SIFPRO, AVEVA, SAP-DMS/SharePoint, etc.
- Supervisor of the electrical discipline aspect of the project’s MRTA within the ORCSU (Operations Readiness, Commissioning, and Start-up) team.
- Participate in all Maintenance Assurance-related reviews like Operability & Maintainability Workshop, Reliability-Centered Maintenance Workshop etc.
- Accountable for the electrical-related project MRTA deliverables.
- Responsible for determining the level of electrical-related aspects of maintenance, inspection, and engineering activity necessary to meet reliability, availability, and plant life objectives (Production Promise).
- Provide accountability for the new Electrical Maintenance workshop and electrical aspects of other project infrastructure facilities (Workshop, warehouse, passenger terminals, etc.).
- Interface with CLIENT Asset Maintenance, Maintenance Support Services, and other departments on the electrical maintenance aspect of the project.
- Accountable for full compliance with local HSE standards, regulations, permit & consent requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc Degree or HND in an Electrical Engineering Discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in MRTA in the Oil and gas industry, at least 2 of which will have been in a major project environment.
- Extensive field experience in managing maintenance systems setup and delivery in project or in an asset organization.
- Previous role will require experience in a similar role in major project delivery or asset involving complex processing, new technologies, change management/business improvement.
Solid technical knowledge of maintenance management with MIE best practices and a hands-on approach to implementing planning and scheduling activities as part of coaching maintenance staff
