    Graphic Designer

    Job Description

    • Create a variety of high-quality designs to promote the company’s products and services across different platforms (Print, social media, website and mobile).
    • Work closely with social media managers to brainstorm ideas, create concepts and develop designs.
    • Work independently or cooperatively on multiple projects.
    • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas before they are printed or published.
    • Ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
    • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
    • Keep up to date with current digital trends.
    • Taking pictures and recording videos of products and projects at different locations.

    Qualifications and Background

    • Minimum of OND
    • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
    • Proven graphic designing experience.
    • A good portfolio of work done.
    • Technical skills to work with design software and technologies.
    • A strong eye for visual composition.
    • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
    • A creative mindset to be able to bring a design to life with simple instructions.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated with an ability to take initiative, a strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and art direction.

    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
    • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
    • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
    • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
    • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
    • Maintain records and files.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

    • Office Administration Skills including scheduling appointments, managing files, and handling correspondence.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

    Accountant

    Responsibilities
    Financial Strategy & Policy Development:

    • Design financial management strategies, processes, and policies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Review and update financial manuals and procedures to ensure relevance.

    Financial Systems & Reporting:

    • Produce accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
    • Maintain records of assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenditures.

    Budget Management & Financial Control:

    • Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
    • Monitor and control expenses through prepayment checks and budget alignment.

    Internal Controls & Compliance:

    • Establish and enforce internal controls to prevent errors in financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements and accounting standards.

    Payroll & Fixed Asset Management:

    • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation with general ledgers.
    • Maintain fixed asset registers and coordinate periodic inventories.

    Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

    • Implement solutions for effective cash flow management and balance sheet improvement.
    • Safeguard assets by ensuring proper procedures for cash disbursements and receipts.

    Financial Forecasting & Modeling:

    • Develop accurate financial forecasts and models to inform decision-making.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • Have at least 2 years experience in accounting role.
    • Proficiency in financial forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliation.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
