    Human Resource / Administrative Officer

    Location: Ajah, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
    • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
    • Monitoring employee performance.
    • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
    • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
    • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
    • Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
    • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
    • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
    • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

    Educational Experience and Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND from a reputable institution.
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience.
    • Candidate must reside within Gbogije, Ajah or its environs
    • Experience in FMCG, production and manufacturing environment is a good advantage.
    • Candidates should possess good leadership, management and coordination skills.
    • Should possess good communication skills.

    Salary

    • N70,000 - N85,000 monthly.

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing and supervising allthe purchasing activities.
    • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
    • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
    • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
    • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
    • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
    • Preparing budgets, cost analysis, and reports.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND certificate in relevant field.
    • At least one year professional experience in relevant field
    • Good knowledge of Lagos routes and markets.
