Job Overview

• A male Head of Schools that can bring change by inspiring existing leadership and staff in a way that will result in growth and improved bottom lines.
• The Head of Schools shall provide the necessary academic and or professional leadership for executing the brood policies laid down by the Governing Board.
• The candidate shall be expected to raise the academic standards of the school, improve pupils and student’s population and strengthen the ties between parents and management.
• He will set in motion the modalities for achieving these objectives.
• Specifically, He will organize staff and the resources available and coordinate them to achieve set goals.

Job Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 10 years cognate experience
• Minimum of First degree in Education plus a post graduate degree
• Experienced School administrator

• The candidate must be o continuous learner who could keep abreast of developments in the field.
• The individual will prepare course materials, evaluate and grade students class work, assignments and papers.
• The job role will include maintaining appropriate documents and school records.

Job Qualifications & Skills

• PGDE, B.A/NCE, B.SC/NCE. BEd, MEd in relevant subject.
• A minimum of 5 years experience with preparing students for WAEC
• Technology proficiency for teaching and learning
• Knowledgeable in Nigerian and IGCSE curriculum
