    IT Support Officer (OND) - Ibadan Branch

    Job Summary

    IT support officer will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.

    Other Responsibilities

    • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
    • Setting up of computer LAN for new outlet while providing solution to i.t matters concurrently.
    • Verify functionality of hardware and software components
    • Conduct consistent network backup operations
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
    • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
    • Restricting access to unauthorized site, downloads and users.
    • Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising
    • Install and train end users of club lightings and controllers
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
    • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
    • Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety
    • Maintaining records of software licenses

    Requirements

    • OND/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
    • No years of experience is required. However, a plus.
    • Good interpersonal skills, should be able to interact with all staff across all level and cadre
    • Creative, open to new ideas and ability to multi-task effectively

    Candidate must be residing or be willing to relocate to Ibadan.

    Financial Controller

    Job Description

    We are a leading, fast-growing restaurant in Nigeria. Our aggressive growth plan now includes our already commenced branches rollout in the USA, in addition to our continued growth across Nigeria. We require a transformative accountant to join our team to improve our cost reduction, revenue assurance, general controls, financial reporting and overall profit improvement drive.

    The ideal candidate should be able to review financial processes, work with the CEO to identify, document and implement improvement, incorporating better use of technology, and better staffing and organization structures.

    Key transformation areas include but not limited to:

    • Improving robust arrangements for always ensuring up to date identification of most direct competitive sources for purchasing main goods and services; and ensuring competitive bidding for all key purchases
    • Production controls and accounting
    • Revenue assurance
    • Instituting good controls in other cost areas such as fuel and energy costs, transportation costs etc
    • Efficient and effective inventory and inventory levels management
    • Fixed assets management/ control
    • Staffing efficiency
    • Review of monthly financial reports to identify issues and improvement opportunities

    Qualifications

    • We prefer someone with experience working at a senior-level capacity within the audit team (specialized with consumer markets: manufacturing, distribution and retail clients) at a major audit firm like EY, Deloitte, BDO, PKF, Grant Thornton, Crowe Darionne, SIAO
    • Minimum of 2:1 first degree or minimum of upper credit HND from renowned tertiary institution is desirable.
    • Three (3) years of experience in overseeing the finances of a similar company that has fully integrated computerized accounting system; multiple business locations; multiple inventory locations and multiple production accounting locations.

    AC Technician

    What you will be doing:

    • Carry out preventive maintenance, repair or retrofit of all type of A/C & Refrigeration work
    • Record and analyze operating logs and utilities. Take immediate measures as necessary during emergencies in repair works
    • Responsible to work closely with HVAC Technician when need arises
    • Carry out improvement, maintenance and repair work on all building services and A/C & Refrigeration equipment’s according to the standards and requirements
    • Perform daily start-up, shutdown and inspection of building services and equipment as per the standards and requirements
    • Maintain tools and equipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work
    • Update daily maintenance log, complete the work order forms & keep the work place clean tidy and well organized
    • Attend to complaints from Hotel guests and other departments
    • Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

    Your experience and skills include:

    • Experience with a similar position in a good  organization
    • Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous experience is an asset
    • Highly responsible & reliable
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
    • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
