We have an opening for an Estate Manager who has the working experience in a real estate firm to effectively and efficiently manage properties for a client at Lekki axis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Network among other estate agents to accelerate property sale and rental
• Develop and implement a winning marketing strategy to grow the companies market share
• Rent collection from tenants on the properties managed by the firm.
• Documentation of tenancies & monitoring tenants for compliance with tenancy covenants.
• Other conveyancing & real estate management roles.

REMUNERATION:

Remuneration shall be basic monthly salary (60000) plus other income which are based on skill level & value addition.

QUALIFICATION:

Minimum of OND in Estate Management or related discipline

Architect, preferably male for a client at Lekki.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelors degree in Architecture
• At least 1-3 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of IT, in particular AutoCAD, ReVit and CorelDraw
• Must demonstrate a capacity for creativity, excellent technical ability and strong communication skill
• Professional qualification in Architecture (NIA Membership) or Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
