Responsibilties;

Collaborate with Product and Development team members to develop solutions. Well structured, responsive and modular MEAN stack application development. Develop, design and implement system architecture using best practice.

Qualifications and Skills;

• Have deployed applications using MEAN stack
• Understands the concepts of NoSQL and SQL databases, and know when to use one over the other. Proficiency with version control system git (Bitbucket, Github, Gitlab)
• Cloud hosting experience Unix/Linux operating system
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with a variety of operating systems and platforms. Excellent collaborative skills
• Creating multilingual websites or applications.

As Riby’s Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for accelerating expansion into the enterprise space, leading and scaling a world-class team that is changing the way the world’s largest companies leverage talent.

Responsibilites-

• Work closely with the management team, and the Enterprise Sales Team to accelerate the expansion of business in the enterprise space.
• Function as both a “player” and a “coach”, spending time both operating to close clients on the front lines and guiding the team’s development.
• Optimize and evolve all of the team’s inbound and outbound sales processes through data-driven, results-oriented evaluation and experimentation.
• Develop account prioritization criteria and work with members of the Enterprise Sales Team to prioritize their target client portfolios.
• Regularly meet with members of the Enterprise Sales Team to review activity, guide further direction, evaluate performance, and develop coaching plans.
• Work closely with the COO to evaluate and evolve the team’s short-, medium-, and long-term tactics for establishing Riby as the leading provider of professional services in the enterprise space.
• Define geographic focuses or vertically assigned industries for members of your Enterprise Sales Team, and work with them to develop strategic enterprise sales playbooks tailored to each client segment.

• 6+ years of proven success leading professional service sales including staffing and/or project sales, with relationships ranging from director-level to C-level contacts.
• Successful experience as a sales team leader at a rapidly growing professional services organization.
• You must be an exceptional individual contributor and coach who can both work with salespeople on the front lines and also develop and execute coaching plans for the team’s continued development.
• You must be a creative, entrepreneurial salesperson with exceptional leadership and critical thinking skills.

You are responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essentialnance.

Responsibilites;

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java/Kotlin code
• Convert mockups and wireframes into actual Android app.

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Skillls and Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS and Angular. Familiarity with VueJS is a plus
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
