    IT Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
    • Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
    • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
    • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
    • Create and maintain software documentation.
    • Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
    • Stay plugged into emerging technologies / industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
    • Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
    • Company email setup and system network.
    • Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Computer Science or a related field with 1 - 5 years work experience.
    • Proven working experience in web programming.
    • Top-notchprogramming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
    • Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET and JavaScript.
    • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
    • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development.
    • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
    • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting transactions
    • Prepare budget forecasts
    • Publish financial statements in time
    • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
    • Ensure timely bank payments
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
    • Manage balance sheets and profit / loss statements
    • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
    • Audit financial transactions and documents
    • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant Degree with 1 - 5 years work experience
    • Work experience as an Accountant
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
    • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • Additional certification (CPA, ACCA or CMA) is a plus.
