• Understanding and formulating marketing strategies aimed at improving sales and distribution of company’s products and services.
• Funds mobilization and meeting set targets
• Maintaining a good business relationship with clients to foster client expansion and retention

• Oversight to foster team cohesion, collaboration to ensure set targets and deliverables are met
• Creating products to suit different customer type thereby giving everyone an opportunity to be an investor at Oliver Mead
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver as needed
• Staying abreast of market developments and analyzing financial information relating to competitors to ensure we stay ahead
• Preparing Investment management and business reports for Executive Management review
• Conducting self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the ethics of the organization.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.

Job Description

• To boost the deposit mobilization arm of the bank
• Develop and implement a business plan for identified target market.
• Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors
• Build new relationships with existing customers and new customers
• Advice client of deposit status
• Innovate and develop attractive value added deposit products.
• Innovate and improve ways of rewarding depositors in terms of interest earning on ordinary deposits, and fixed deposits.

Minimum Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Finance, Accounting.
• 5 years experience in similar position & environment.
• Professional qualifications are an added advantage.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 monthly.
