    Lead Piping Engineer

    Company Description

    They urgently require an addition to their team an experienced Ex-pat or Indigenous Lead Piping Engineer.

    Job Description

    • Lead Discipline Engineer (LDE) is expected to have an oversight function on the counterparts with the ESC during the engineering phase.
    • They shall clearly understand the work scope and limit the design to fit for purpose only without going overboard with technical specifications.
    • They are required to sign off on the design done by the ESC as a confirmation that they have reviewed and agreed design is optimum.
    • On completion of the engineering, they shall mobilize to the fabrication yard for general oversite functions on the fabrication of items that relate to their discipline.
    • Any deviations from the design must be endorsed by the LDE and the AFC drawings marked up accordingly.
    • Upon commencement of installation, the LDE shall mobilize to the site to provide on the ground engineering support.
    • He shall ensure strict adherence to installation in accordance with the AFC drawings.
    • In cases where changes are discovered, he shall review with the site leadership and other LDEs and sign-off on the charter that shall form part of the supporting documents for the change proposal.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Strong leadership skills
    • BSc/B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum ten years piping engineering experience with a minimum five years project engineering experience or equivalent relevant experience
    • Ability to manage and motivate individuals to attain quality, cost and schedule objectives
    • Strong deliverable focus, ability to plan the work
    • A high degree of understanding of inter-discipline dependencies related to the discipline
    • Good understanding of procurement, contracting, and commissioning methodologies
    • Technical exposure to specialist technologies related to the Project
    • Good understanding of Company systems and workflows as they relate to the Piping practice
    • Sound knowledge of Piping codes and standards applicable to the Project
    • Sound technical knowledge of Piping, including P&ID development, line sizing, material selection, isolation requirements, and valve selection
    • Familiarity with the requirements and application of pipe stress analysis
    • Knowledge of advanced Piping systems and management tools
    • Well-developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Site experience in a Piping technical role.
    • Experience working on large projects in a multi-disciplinary environment
    • Extensive knowledge of 3D data centric design systems
    • Strong ability to delegate tasks and promote the effective performance of team members
    • Experience in mentoring young professionals
    • Extensive experience in the use of procedures and workflows in the execution of projects
    • Significant previous experience in engineering planning for the discipline
    • Strong client focus.

    Logistics Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Shall ensure the efficient and safe movement of personnel and equipment around all the work locations.
    • Shall have one logistics officer that would handle the day-to-day movement of personnel and materials at the base and at the project site.
    • The site drivers shall report to them and they shall maintain the driver's roaster.
    • Ensures all drivers working in their location have all required licenses and permits and that they are up-to-date
    • Shall also be responsible for ensuring all project vehicles are in good order and routine maintenance and repairs are done as and when due.
    • Shall develop and manage a vehicles maintenance log that he would be sharing with  reports weekly to the Base Manager and Project Manager.

    Qualifications

    • Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Oil, and Gas or a related field
    • A minimum of  6 years experience within a logistics environment
    • Experience managing or leading a team
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with good understanding of reporting tools
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English
    • Knowledge on international customs an asset ,
    • Knowledge for DG products and asset , B2C experience

    Senior Cost Engineer

    Job Description

    • This personnel shall be devoted to the management of the project cost, involving such activities as estimating, cost control, cost forecasting, investment appraisal, and risk analysis.
    • Shall prepare reporting templates for the Client's company and their Client's approval.
    • Shall provide cost inputs and rates to the planning engineer for the overall project schedule.
    • Shall issue bi-weekly and monthly reports to the PM and Client's company flag cost components that are being overrun.

    Qualifications

    • 7-15 years in Oil and Gas experience projects.
    • BSc Quantity surveying or commercial management or equivalent

    Job Description

    • They shall be involved in Scheduling of interdependent activities, resolving Procurement (commonality) issues.
    •  Management of Document and data exchange (web-based with joint access) within the team and other contractors, format, protocol and review duration,
    • Planning and participation in design reviews,
    • Planning of concurrent construction activities and Matrix of Permitted Operations with the PMT, Final documentation, Commissioning/Start-up.
    • They shall pro-actively identify, collate, track, closeout, and report any interfaces that may arise during execution. Identification of dependencies and interfaces.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate would possess:

    • 7 years or more of experience in the Oil and Gas industry in a project environment.
    • Experience working with common data formats
    • Knowledge of APIs and Web Services
    • Experience with VPN, network security, and encryption
    • Prior experience with .NET and Java
    • SQL experience a plus
    • Azure or cloud experience a plus
    • Bachelors of Science degree required
    • Similar experience in the  Oil and Gas industry is preferred

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the production of paints
    • Co-ordinate and manage production on a day to day ,monthly and yearly basis ensuring best utilization of production capacity deployment of manpower and other resources.
    • Ensure that the quality of paints produced is maintained
    • Ensure finished products produced are recorded
    • Responsible for leading in the paint processes to meet quality, and product flow requirements while implementing advanced technologies to improve cycle times, reducing downtime, lowering cost and driving improvements in overall paint quality.
    • Plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Oversee the production process ,coordinating all production activities and operations
    • Plan and draw up a production schedule.
    • Ensure stock levels remain adequate.
    • Responsible for the maintenance of the factory premises, and equipments.
    • Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
    • Ensure Customer orders are completed on time
    • Work with Business and Brand Manager to implement the company policies and goals.
    • Maintain a detailed record of the standard operating procedure manual for producing paints.
    • Can advice on possible new product based on evolving opportunities.
    • Must have a sound knownledge of colour mix in paint production

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification with at least 5 years of work experience.
    • Must be an expert in Silk , Satin, Matte , Emulsion etc. paints
