JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will manage the daily operations of the center, coordinating resources and growing sales in the assigned center. He or she is primarily responsible for converting prospective
customers to paid customers and will co-ordinate and serve as a main point of contact for all matters related to the Centre; ensuring all customers are treated fairly and given excellent customer service.

You will have a challenging but exciting role in hiring, growing, building and leading the offline sales and referral team. As the lead for offline sales and referral operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that we successfully grow our inspection numbers through a referral network using different reliable strategies.
You would be managing a team of offline agents responsible for sourcing car sellers and growing our inspection numbers while working closely with Retail leads, Documentation, Financing, QA & HR teams.
You will perform such duties as organizing, training, coaching, setting goals and driving them in order to achieve the overall business objectives and you will have all the support you need.
As a Head of offline sales and referral channels, you will be in charge of growing this offline channel, oversee the entire sales agents and develop a sustainable funnel to maximize inspections, sales and referrals results but also the size of your sales agents to meet the business objectives.
Head of referral and offline sales is one of the most important ways we can grow our inspection number, through building a referral network.
You will have complete autonomy and execute at a high level. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team who are ready to support you.
What you will be doing:
Formulate all sales policies, inspection strategies and procedures of this project
Build a hiring funnel and the talent management cycle to ensure proper recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention of sales agents
Coach the offline sales team on sales execution, prospecting & closing new business, leading to consistent inspection quota achievement
Manage the day-to-day performance of your teams to deliver best-in-class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget
Create & improve scripts, negotiation strategies, and sales techniques; implement technical solutions required to achieve sales and inspection targets
Build teams’ capabilities with constant control of execution
Innovate, develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Any other role as assigned by the supervisor.
Who we’re looking for:
6-8 years of managerial experience in building sales team, referrals, partnerships roles in service, consumer and/or business sales organizations (e.g. FMCG, insurance, fintech, e-commerce) with a proven track record of scaling up business operations
Outstanding sales skills with proven ability to convert prospects into active clients
Strong knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and customer service metrics.
Hands-on leader with the desire to get hands dirty with day-to-day operations in a bid to scale up the overall business
Stakeholder management - the art of getting work done from multiple support functions
Ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing business requirements and unpredictability
Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
Strong people management skills: coaching and leadership skills; ability to motivate employees.
Would be a plus:
Knowledge of the used car business
Experience in business development
Experience in a tech-enabled retail business
