Job Summary
To assist the Supply Chain Manager in the company's procurement strategy and its effective implementation

Job Description

• Maintain complete and updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
• Assist in the development of a companywide category purchase strategy for products
• Assist the head of supply chain in being accountable for the accuracy and correctness of inventory records/documentation and up to date reflection in the accounting software such as description and categorization
• Support preparation of briefings and papers on procurement issues for the supply chain unit
• Contribute to the development of a quarterly business plan and operating budget for the supply chain unit and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that financial targets are met
• Support in determining and implementing strategy to improve stock turnover quarterly, ageing analysis, price bucket, complementary goods, Must Have Products (MHPs)
• Assist in managing and following up overseas orders

Job Summary
To direct and manage the accounting and financial reporting operations of the company through proper entry of transactions in the books of account, timely processing of accounts payable and receivable and the preparation of accurate financial statements.

Job Description

• Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records and cash flow statement and ensure conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Summarize financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and providing reports
• Handling insurance on goods in transit and shipping documentation
• Listing and posting of fixed assets and asset register management
• Compute taxes owed and tax returns
• Ensure prompt submission of weekly receivables
• Check and reconcile customers account and ensure accuracy of account balances
• Manage general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation

Qualification

• B. Sc Accounting/Finance (Minimum of 2.2) and must be a Chartered Accountant
• 6-8 years accounting experience

Job Description

• Negotiate and win sales for the organization thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with specifiers and suppliers, for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement company's core competencies
• Participate in sales presentations aimed at pitching for business across pre-determined locations as required in the sales/marketing scorecard
• Prepare proposals and quotations for the provision of total bathroom solutions, working with the other teams in preparing installation proposals.
• Manage customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices and receivables that are due.
• Assist in conducting after-sales and/or post-project assessments aimed at ascertaining accuracy, promptness of delivery and overall customer satisfaction
