    Office Front Desk / Receptionist

    Job Description

    • We're looking for a pleasant and beautiful lady with brains as our front desk, receptionist, and customer care.
    • The Front Desk Representative willundertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.
    • You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors, and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
    • The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality, while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
    • You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
    • The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while in our premises.

    Responsibilities

    • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
    • Greet andwelcome guests
    • Answer questions and address complaints
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
    • Receiveletters, packages, etc. and distribute them
    • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
    • Check, sort and forward emails
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Keep updated records and files
    • Monitor office expenses and costs
    • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.).

    Requirements and skills

    • High School Diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
    • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
    • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
    • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
    • Proficient in English (oral and written)
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Customer service orientation.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with copywriting and editing various content across mediums, including: sell sheets, blogs, social media, presentations, product packaging, and user manuals.
    • Collaborate with Management Team, Brand Manager and Web Developer, to execute and implement new ideas.
    • Manage and maintain project deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design is required.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work with internal marketing teams and external suppliers to drive successful execution of our in-house marketing campaigns. Success is paramount
    • Create and monitor email marketing campaigns to maximize client results.
    • Monitor activity, answer questions, create content, analyze trends, and resolve issues on social media channels.
    • Monitor and report on web traffic and source analytics against KPIs.
    • Work on creating original content.
    • Research advertising trends
    • Research competitors’ pricing and products
    • Decide on appropriate placement of ads
    • Other duties as assigned by the management team.

    Professional Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Proficient in content creation, strategy, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
    • Must be strategic, possess strong attention to detail, demonstrate good communication skills, and have exceptional organization.
    • Google Certified.
    • This person must work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks and/or projects while portraying a positive attitude.
    • Minimum of three years experience (internship counts towards the three years).
    • This role is flexible, dependent on the candidate (full time).
