    Truck & Car Electrician

    Salary: #100,000-#150,000 (monthly)

    The Truck & Car Electrician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical systems and components of trucks and cars. This role requires a thorough understanding of automotive electrical systems and the ability to work efficiently and effectively to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Diagnostics and Repair:

    • Diagnose electrical issues in trucks and cars using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Repair or replace faulty electrical components, including wiring, alternators, starters, batteries,and lighting systems.
    • Troubleshoot and repair electronic control systems and sensors.

    Maintenance:

    • Perform routine maintenance on vehicle electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
    • Inspect electrical systems and components regularly to identify potential issues before they
    • become major problems.

     Installation:

    • Install electrical components and accessories such as alarms, GPS systems, and communication devices.
    • Ensure all installations are performed to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

    Testing:

    • Conduct tests to ensure electrical systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
    • Use specialized testing equipment to identify issues and verify repairs.

    Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed records of all repairs, maintenance, and installations performed.
    • Complete job cards and reports accurately and timely.

    Customer Service:

    • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of electrical problems and the work required.
    • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive electrical systems
    • preferred.
    • Proven experience as an automotive electrician, preferably with experience in both trucks and cars.
    • Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Valid driver’s license.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
    • Ability to work in various positions, including lying on the back or standing for extended periods.
    • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

    Area Sales Manager (Solar and Electrical)

    SUMMARY

    Manage, train, coach and mentor employees. Foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. Implement strategies in order to increase productivity and enable sales targets accomplishment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review sales price, to ensure that deviations from the plan are highlighted and corrective measures are taken. 
    • Visit clients’ premises on a weekly basis for meetings and update deals to be closed. 
    • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. 
    • Develop and forecast sales plans and financial objectives for the branch while meeting sales targets and metrics.

    • Formulate and develop effective strategies for training, recruitment, management development and succession planning, thus meeting the training needs of the Sales team. 
    • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all company policies and regulations. 
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe acts, conditions or procedures in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drills at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adhering to Company policies.

    REQUIREMENT:    

    • Graduate, Business Administration or equivalent. B.E-Electrical / Mechanical would be preferred. An MBA or master’s degree is a must.
    • Min 10-12 years of experience in the sales field of Industrial Products.

    Field Telecommunication Sales Officer

    SUMMARY

    Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies in the best possible manner and in such a way that the customer or client is completely convinced of making the purchase and are also satisfied with the products and services.

    JOB DUTIES

    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
    • Prospect and contact potential customers through various means including business directories, targeted lists, CRM software, referrals, participating in networking events, and attending trade shows and conferences.
    • Will be provided company-issued "warm" leads, but the candidate will also be responsible for finding own leads through cold-calling, networking, etc.
