    I.T Manager

    Job Description

    IT support officers will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.

    Responsibilities

    • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
    • Setting up of computer LAN for new outlet while providing solution to i.t matters concurrently.
    • Verify functionality of hardware and software components
    • Conduct consistent network backup operations
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
    • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
    • Restricting access to unauthorized site, downloads and users.
    • Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising
    • Install and train end users of club lightings and controllers
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
    • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
    • Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety
    • Maintaining records of software licenses

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • BSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience
    • Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
    • Good interpersonal skills, should be able to interact with all staff across all level and cadre
    • Creative, open to new ideas and ability to multi-task effectively

    Compliance Officer/Auditor

    We are looking for a Front Office Manager who will be the first point of contact and should convey the professional image of the company to the public.

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Internal Auditor/Compliance officer is responsible for overseeing compliance with internal processes and procedures and reporting to Management on how to mitigate against possible risk.

    Responsibilities

    Develop, review, and monitor compliance with Firm’s internal processes and procedures with regards to finance and other areas of operations including use of office assets, IT infrastructure and compliance with regulatory

    standards.

    • Develop, review, and monitor the Firm’s business disaster recovery plan and
    • identify potential risks areas and ensure steps are taken to mitigate same.
    • Investigate and report violations of processes and procedures and regulatory
    • standards across the operations of the Firm including but not limited to finance with
    • effective action plans in response to discoveries and compliance violations.
    • Report and advise Management on the Firm’s compliance level and potential risks areas with action plan to mitigate same.
    •  Ensure staff members comply with all laid down processes and procedures
    • Ensure accounting process are followed through including compliance with inhouse debit recovery and creditor’s policy
    • Presentation of monthly Bank reconciliation to the top management and as may be required
    • Ensure there is proper approval and documentation for all financial transactions with zero case of inadequate approval or non-retirement of funds.
    • Ensure Staff members comply with the of technology at all levels
    • Submission of timely and regular report to Management on potential risks with mitigation plans as well as constant update
    • on of the firm’s business disaster recovery plan in line with business dynamics

    REQIIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATION

    • A degree in Accounting or any related discipline.
    • 2 years’ work experience in internal audit or compliance
    • Business intelligence and data analysis skill
    • Critical thinking skills
    • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices
    • Public Safety and Security knowledge

    Administrative Manager

    We are looking for a Front Office Manager who will be the first point of contact and should convey the professional image of the company to the public.

    The individual in this position will have multiple levels of responsibilities between facilities, management and any departments that may need support. An understanding of the Company culture is essential in this role and is exhibited through several actions of this position.

    The Front Office Manager will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Schedule meetings and appointments
    • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
    • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
    • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
    • Organize office operations and procedures
    • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
    • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

    • Provide general support to visitors

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
    • Experience with accounting systems (Quickbooks experience a plus)

    Head of Sales

    We are looking for an experienced sales executive to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and SDR's across enterprise and mid-market sales.     • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
