    Cold Room Attendant

    Purpose:

    To manage storage of processed products in the cold room, ensuring correct temperature, stock rotation, and proper handling to maintain quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and store finished products in the cold room according to size, type, and weight.
    • Monitor and record cold room temperatures at scheduled intervals.
    • Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation principles.
    • Ensure proper packaging and labelling before storage.
    • Assist with loading and dispatch of products.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • SSCE/OND in relevant field.
    • Prior experience working in cold storage or food handling preferred.
    • Physical ability to work in low-temperature environments.
    • Attention to hygiene and safety protocols.

    Sales Executive

    Purpose:

    To drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure timely delivery of products from the chicken processing plant to clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and engage new customers for chicken processing plant products.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
    • Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

    Purpose:

    To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the chicken processing plant in compliance with food safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clean and sanitize production floors, processing equipment, and work surfaces.
    • Dispose of waste materials safely and according to company procedures.
    • Maintain cleaning schedules and records for audit purposes.
    • Use approved cleaning agents and follow proper dilution procedures.
    • Assist in pest control prevention measures through good housekeeping.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum SSCE.
    • At least 2 years\' experience in industrial or food facility cleaning.
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
    • Physical fitness and attention to detail.

    Inventory Officer

    Purpose:

    To manage and control stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products, ensuring accurate records and minimal losses.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive, record, and verify all incoming goods and materials.
    • Monitor stock levels and reorder as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate stock records using manual logs or ERP systems.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with records.
    • Collaborate with production and sales to ensure proper stock flow.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • BSc/ HND /OND in Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years\' experience in inventory management.
    • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory software.

    Security Officer (Stock Verification)

    Purpose:

    To safeguard company property and verify all product movements from the slaughterhouse, ensuring accuracy in quantity, size, and weight.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspect all outgoing products and verify KG, size, and quantity against dispatch notes.
    • Maintain accurate log of all verified stock movements.
    • Prevent unauthorized removal of goods from the premises.
    • Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activities immediately.
    • Support inventory and cold room staff during dispatch operations.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum SSCE.
    • Experience in security, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
    • Basic knowledge of weighing equipment and record-keeping.
