Sales Executive at First Excelsia

Purpose:

To drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure timely delivery of products from the chicken processing plant to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new customers for chicken processing plant products.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum BSC/HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in chicken sales or in food processing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
