    Cold Room Attendant

    Purpose:

    To manage storage of processed products in the cold room, ensuring correct temperature, stock rotation, and proper handling to maintain quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and store finished products in the cold room according to size, type, and weight.
    • Monitor and record cold room temperatures at scheduled intervals.
    • Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation principles.
    • Ensure proper packaging and labelling before storage.
    • Assist with loading and dispatch of products.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • SSCE/OND in relevant field.
    • Prior experience working in cold storage or food handling preferred.
    • Physical ability to work in low-temperature environments.
    • Attention to hygiene and safety protocols.
