    3D Executive

    Annual Gross Remuneration: 2.4M – 3M

    Our client, a 360-degree Marketing Consult, Support, Strategy development and Business solutions company, is seeking to hire a competent and driven 3D Executive to join its team. 

    As the 3D Executive, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing 3D visuals that bring experiential marketing campaigns to life. 

    This role involves creating immersive brand activations, event designs, and visual merchandising solutions that align with client objectives. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Developing high-quality 3D designs for brand activations, events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. 
    • Creating realistic 3D renderings, layouts, and technical drawings for project execution.
    • Collaborating with project teams to translate client briefs into engaging visual concepts.
    • Ensuring that all 3D designs align with brand guidelines, marketing strategies, project objectives and outputs meet quality standards and client expectations.
    • Working closely with production teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of designs.
    • Providing innovative design solutions that enhance customer engagement and brand storytelling.
    • Researching and staying updated on the latest trends in 3D design, experiential marketing, and emerging technologies.

    Person Specification:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field at least a second-class upper division (2.1) from a reputable institution. 
    • 3 years of experience in 3D design, visual merchandising, or experiential marketing.
    • Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, AutoCAD, or Cinema 4D.
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
    • Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that enhance brand experiences.
    • Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and event setup requirements.
    • Strong visualization and strong attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

    Finance/Administrative Manager

    Annual Net Remuneration: N6M

    Our client is seeking an experienced and highly competent Finance/Administrative Manager to oversee all its financial and administrative operations.

    The Finance/Administrative Manager will be responsible for developing budgeting, financial reporting, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role holder will also oversee procurement, vendor management, and office administration.

    The Finance/Administrative Manager will act as a key representative of the company in professional settings, including meetings with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and monitoring of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans.
    • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management, board, and external stakeholders.
    • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory deductions.
    • Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of statutory filings (e.g., VAT, PAYE, corporate tax).
    • Manage procurement processes and maintain vendor relationships.

    Finance Director

    Annual Net Remuneration: 1.4M

    Our client is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Finance Director to join its leadership team and play a key role in driving its financial success.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in the media, marketing, or advertising industries and understands the financial complexities of agency operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with business goals.
    • Lead scenario planning, forecasting, and investment decisions that drive profitability and growth.
    • Collaborate with business development and client servicing teams to ensure project pricing is commercially sound and sustainable.
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis across departments.
    • Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and board reports.
    • Ensure strong internal controls, cost management systems, and financial discipline across the agency.
    • Monitor and improve cash flow, working capital, and liquidity position.
    • Partner with account teams to review client budgets, scopes, and profitability metrics.
    • Ensure accurate revenue recognition across various agency work cycles (retainers, project-based, media buying, etc.).
    • Lead rate card management and conduct periodic pricing reviews with commercial teams.
    • Ensure full compliance with VAT, WHT, PAYE, and CIT requirements.
    • Lead and manage tax audits and ensure timely acquisition of Tax Clearance Certificates (TCCs).
    • Maintain accurate records of Credit Notes utilization and Fixed Asset Register for depreciation and capital allowance claims.
    • Ensure compliance with all tax, legal, audit, and financial regulations.
    • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
    • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all financial matters.

    Person Specification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
    • Minimum of 8 years’ progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an agency, media, creative, or professional services environment.
    • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
    • Strong grasp of project accounting, billing cycles, and financial modelling within media/advertising contexts.
    • Experience with agency tools such as Sage, QuickBooks, or project finance software.
    • Familiarity with sector-relevant metrics (e.g., utilization rate, net revenue per FTE, client profitability).
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
    • Proven stakeholder management experience.
