    Chief Technology Officer

    We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer who will be responsible for making executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with their vision for its technological needs. S/he should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator and an expert in technological development.

    S/he will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Run with the vision for how technology will be used in the company.

    • Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.

    • Outline the goals for research and development.

    • Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.

    • Make executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.

    • Represent the technological agenda in Management meetings and when making hiring decisions

    • Maintain a consumer-focused outlook and manage technology budgets and time frames for purchasing, staffing and operations

    • Create overall technology standards and practices & Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

    • Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships

    • Aid in the delivering of IT projects to market.

    • Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

    • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

    • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

    • Take the initiative in thought; leadership, innovation and creativity

    • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements

    Requirements:

    • At least a Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, an MBA is an added advantage

    • At least 5 years experience working in a technological role.

    • At least 5 years managerial experience.

    Skills:

    • Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.

    • Exceptional team management skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication.

    • Ability to delegate efficiently.

    • In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development

    • Hands on experience with complex project management 

    • Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.

    Chief Operating Officer

    We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who will be responsible for designing, planning and implementing business strategies developed by the top management team, ensuring plans and procedures are in alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO. S/he is a natural leader and will lead employees with an example, be a motivator and will set comprehensive goals for business growth and success

    Responsibility:

    • Develop actionable business strategies and plans. 

    • Directly oversee operations, HR, and finance, and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets 

    • Complement a CEO’s experience or management style

    • Groom the organization’s next CEO or test the individual to make sure he or she is right for the job

    • Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision

    • Oversee daily operations and the work of executives 

    • Analyze and interpret data and metrics

    • Create reports for the management

    • Take the lead in expansion activities 

    • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement

    • Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability

    • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting

    • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders

    • Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.

    • Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.

    • Report key results to corporate officers.

    • Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field

    • Master’s degree in business administration or related field is an added advantage

    • 3-5 years proven experience in executive leadership positions

    • Fundraising experience

    • International business experience

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

    • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues

    • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

    • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues

    General Manager

    We are looking for a General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer ensuring growth goals and strategy are followed through on a company-wide level.

    Responsibility:

    • Design strategy and set goals for growth

    • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

    • Set policies and processes

    • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

    • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees- Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.

    • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

    • Direct the employee assessment process

    • Prepare regular reports for upper management

    • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

    • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

    Requirements

    • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is an added advantage

    • 2-5years Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role

    • Detailed knowledge of industry trends and market behavior.

    Skills:

    • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

    • Strong analytical ability

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

    • Problem-solving aptitude

    • Planning and budgeting skills
