    Brand and Partnership Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the company's values and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Manage relationships with external partners, negotiate agreements, and oversee the execution of joint initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand and partnership activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Min Experience: 5 years, Max Experience: 7 years
    • Proven experience in brand management and partnership development, preferably in the retail industry.
    • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically.

    Company Driver

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safe Transportation: Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
    • Cargo Handling: Safely load and unload goods, ensuring that they are securely fastened for transportation.
    • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on company vehicles, reporting any issues promptly.
    • Route Planning: Plan and optimize driving routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and delivery logs.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 - 10 years relevant work experience.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Proven experience as a company driver or a similar role.
    • Knowledge of traffic rules, regulations, and safe driving practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, if required.
    • Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps.
