    Growth Officer

    At Coreum RE, we are looking to recruit a young, versatile, energetic and growth-oriented Growth Officer who will champion the brand's growth, user acquisition and retention strategies as part of our organizational growth plan.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop content - newsletters, press releases, blogposts, and other communication materials relating to personal finance, investments, real estate and other related subjects.
    • Plan, manage and attend events that will boost Coreum RE's presence in the Startup ecosystem, real estate space and investment space in Nigeria
    • Identify and drive potential partnership opportunities for Coreum RE both locally and internationally
    • Drive the referral and affiliate marketing, ambassador program for Coreum RE to boost Coreum's visibility
    • Manage the Digital marketing team by ensuring contents posted on social media meets the organization's standard and communicate the goals and expectation of management at all times.
    • Develop a sales funnel for the organization.
    • Coordinate the Sales team - ensuring the sales target are clearly communicated and leads and prospects are adequately engaged at all times
    • Ensure that all investor related complains are adequately managed by customer service to ensure general service satisfaction.
    • Other functions as may be duly communicated by the management team

    Required Competency

    • A good bachelor's degree
    • 1+ years experience in any of the following; Product Management, Communication, Public Relation or Branding
    • Must have good presentation and communication skill
    • Knowledge of Email Marketing .

    Junior Analyst

    At Coreum RE, we are looking to recruit a young, versatile, energetic and detail-oriented Analyst who will drive the investment analysis strategies as part of our organizational growth plan. The following will be the key responsibility of the Junior Analyst;

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identifying strategic real estate investment deals that Coreum RE can participate in.
    • Coordinating the entire Due Diligence process for all deals by ensuring that all requirements are met by the legal and finance team
    • Develop detailed analysis for all deals covering - Economic outlook, market intelligence, SWOT Analysis, financial projections, investment report and presentations.
    • Conduct monthly investment opportunity review meeting with the team.
    • Collect, Analyze and present progress report on third-party investments
    • Drive the Bi-Annual Asset valuation process in partnership with the approved real estate valuer
    • Provide periodic real estate market analysis to investors.
    • Work with Coreum's investment advisor for trainings and personal growth.

    Required Competency

    • A good bachelor's degree or HND
    • Any finance certification that focuses on financial modeling
    • Good Excel Skills
    • Good Presentation skills
    • 1 year experience in any of the following; finance and investment
    • Passion for analysis and research

    Customer Success Officer

    At Coreum RE, we are looking to recruit a young, versatile and energetic Customer Success Officer who will drive the company's investor relation and engagement strategies as part of our organizational growth plan. The following will be the key responsibility of the Customer Success Officer;

    Key Responsibilities

    • Call all new users on the Coreum Platform and conduct an onboarding interview in line with the business requirement.
    • Ensure new users provide KYC information (i.e means of identification and proof of address)
    • Ensure that all users documents are printed and properly stored.
    • Approve users that meet the requirement and follow up to ensure all signed up users are satisfied with services
    • Activate all investments made on the Coreum platform.
    • Ensure that all customer request (via emails, call or in-person) are properly attended to
    • Conduct periodic user satisfaction survey and present result to management
    • Prepare investment certificates for all investors and engage Trustee for signature

    Required Competency

    • A good bachelor's degree or HND
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Excellent organizational skill

    Digital Marketing Officer

    At Coreum RE, we are looking to recruit a young, versatile and energetic Digital Marketer who will drive the company's Online Marketing strategies as part of our organizational growth plan. The following will be the key responsibility of the Digital Marketer;

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

    Required Competency

    • A good bachelor's degree
    • Internship or any digital marketing experience
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adword
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Excellent organizational skill
