    About the Job

Churchgate Group is looking for high-discipline CRM & Sales Operations Associates to manage the daily execution of the sales pipeline within our CRM system. This is not a sales role. It is a high-ownership execution role for someone who ensures that every lead is captured, tracked, followed up, and never dropped.

    What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the daily discipline that keeps our sales engine running.

    • Prompt team members on pending actions daily
    • Upload and manage leads from marketing campaigns

    • Generate daily and weekly reports from the CRM
    • Track key metrics: lead volume, response time, conversion rates
    • Prepare call lists and follow-up schedules
    • Ensure all activities are properly recorded in the CRM
    • Enforce CRM usage across the sales team

    • 95%+ response within SLA
    • Daily and weekly reporting accuracy
    • Clean, structured pipeline data at all times

    What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an execution-obsessed operator, not a strategist.

The right candidate will likely have:

    • 0–2 years of experience OR a fresh graduate
    • Minimum academic qualification: First Class or 2:1 ONLY
    • Strong Excel / data handling ability
    • Demonstrated attention to detail (must provide evidence)

    Sales Operations & Performance Manager

    About the Role

Churchgate Group is looking for a structured, execution-driven Sales Operations & Performance Manager to professionalize the sales function across our Abuja real estate portfolio, with a primary focus on World Trade Center Abuja.

This is not a pure sales closing role. It is a systems-building role for someone who can own the CRM, enforce pipeline discipline, supervise sales executives, and build the operational engine that turns an ad-hoc sales function into a predictable, data-driven revenue machine.

You will be expected to think in dashboards, not just deals. You will get frustrated when people \"wing it\" instead of following process. You will take pride in bringing order to chaos.

    What You Will Do

    Reporting Line & Authority

This role reports directly to the VP, Sales and has managerial oversight of the sales team in Abuja. You will be empowered to design, enforce, and evolve all sales processes and hold the team accountable to performance.

    What You Will Do

You will own the operational heartbeat of the sales department.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Own our Freshsales CRM — ensuring every lead is logged, tracked, followed up, and progressed through the pipeline
    • Run weekly pipeline reviews: closing dead leads, reassigning cold ones, and pushing for next steps
    • Ensure real-time visibility of pipeline value, velocity, and bottlenecks
    • Supervise sales executives: tracking calls, meetings, follow-ups, and deal movement
    • Lead daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
    • Develop and track KPIs (lead response time, conversion rates, cycle time, etc.)
    • Build a repeatable, structured sales process from lead intake to deal closure
    • Collaborate with marketing to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of new leads
    • Free up the VP Sales' bandwidth by ensuring only high-potential leads reach him for closing
    • Build dashboards using Freshsales, Asana, or similar tools
    • Maintain regular performance reporting for management visibility

    What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured by real outcomes, including:

    • 90%+ CRM compliance across the team
    • 100% lead tracking with less than 5% leakage
    • 95%+ follow-up compliance
    • Lead response time under 24 hours
    • Consistent pipeline movement across stages
    • Accurate weekly reporting and reliable forecasting
    • A sales team operating with discipline, pace, and accountability

    What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a systems builder, not a closer.

The right candidate will likely have:

    • 7–10 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or revenue operations
    • Proven ability to supervise junior team members (minimum 3–5 people)
    • Hands-on CRM ownership: Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar
    • A track record of building or restructuring sales processes
    • Passion for process, structure, and follow-through
    • Confidence to step in for the VP Sales when needed
    • Comfort balancing rigour with flexibility

    Preferred Background

    • Real estate, financial services, telecoms, or enterprise B2B
    • Exposure to high-value transactions or corporate clients
    • Experience working with structured sales teams

    Bonus Points

    • Experience in luxury real estate or HNW clientele environments
    • Familiarity with brokers and corporate leasing in Nigeria
    • Can coach, not just direct, junior sales team members

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
    • Relevant certifications in CRM, Sales Operations, or Project Management are a plus
