    Business Head (Cereal Industry)

    Responsibilities:

    • To oversee the organization's business development functions including sales, branding or marketing and ensure a consistent and high profile representation of the organization in the marketplace.
    • To develop existing as well as new markets, trends research analysis
    • To monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities maybe capitalized and effects of competitive activities may be minimized.
    • To lead the team members and function in synchronization to ensure smooth flow of business operations as per defined procedures and methods.
    • To develop business relations with various Key Accounts and grow customer base
    • To review the organizational performance against the targets on periodic basis and have periodic meetings with the team members to communicating values, strategies, and objectives
    • Assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities, scope of new product development and pinpoint bottleneck areas i.e. market threats, competitor’s initiatives etc. to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability.
    • To communicate with existing and new suppliers / customers for pricing as well as product development opportunities
    • To ensure business targets are achieved by managing effective strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales/operational plans.
    • To ensure close monitoring of product group cost and profitability
    • To prepare annual budgets, sales projections, Profit & Loss & Cash Flow.
    • To monitor stock inventories in alignment with the budget and re-order level for product as well as packaging.
    • To prepare all applicable reports in time and ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
    • To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
    • Microsoft suite proficiency
    • MBA / Post Graduate Business Management diploma will be an added advantage.
    • Ideal candidate should have 10 – 15 years’ experience in B2B sales

    Quality Control Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
    • Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
    • Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
    • Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
    • Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
    • Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
    • Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
    • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
    • Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
    • Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in science or business-based programs.
    • Previous experience in production or manufacturing industry
    • Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
    • Strong knowledge of data analysis, and statistical methods.
    • Excellent communication and listening skills.

    Rheology Laboratory Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Carrying out rheological analysis on raw materials
    • Preparation of chemicals for protein analysis
    • Create and manage external and internal check sample program and laboratory checks
    • Conduct, monitor and report shelf life of company's product.
    • Run daily proximate analysis of company’s product
    • Sampling and preliminary sample preparation for microbiological and rheological analysis
    • Conduct routine and non-routine microbiological assays of raw materials, intermediate and finished products, packaging, trade samples, samples in shelf life storage experiments, water and waste effluent
    • Assist to carry out shelf life studies on new and reformulated products to determine the effect of processing, environment, packaging and presence of spoilage microorganisms on overall shelf life.
    • Assist in provision theological and microbiological data on raw materials, in process and finished products for product development and market decisions

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology or related field
    • Process control/ improvement skills
    • Experience in carrying out basic lab functions, such as shelf-life studies, microbiological assays and data analysis
    • Good leadership and people management skills,
    • Good Communication skill
