Product Development Flavor Officer at Dufil Group

We are seeking an Product Development Flavour Officer to join our team and drive data-driven insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flavor Development & recipe creation
• Formulates new recipes in Noodle / Snacks categories
• Documents new and existing formulation
• Cost analysis & Flavor profiling.
• Efficient Sensory Evaluation management

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND, or Bachelor’s degree in: Food Technology or related disciplines 
• University and Polytechnic graduates are encouraged to apply 
• Minimum of 3 years in a Flavor Company or in similar position in an FMCG company.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills in liaising with flavor houses.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Project management skills are essential.
