    Operational Consultant

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of current operational processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data, gather insights, and develop recommendations to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Design and implement new or improved operational processes, procedures, and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate change management, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new processes.
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance, track progress, and measure the impact of implemented changes.
    • Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to management, providing clear and concise information to support decision-making.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in operations management, and apply this knowledge to improve our operations.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope and budget.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to staff on new operational processes and systems.

    Operational Team Lead

    Operational Team Lead should have basic knowledge on accounting. Can be a mid-level accountant.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the project development team to define detailed operational requirements, design efficient processes, and establish optimized workflows.
    • Contribute significantly to the formulation of the plant\'s operational strategy, encompassing comprehensive resource planning, meticulous technology selection, and ongoing process optimization.
    • Assist in the preparation of detailed operational budgets, realistic project timelines, and relevant performance metrics to ensure project success.
    • Participate actively in feasibility studies, conduct thorough risk assessments, and contribute to environmental impact assessments to ensure project viability and sustainability.
    • Oversee the installation, rigorous testing, and successful commissioning of all plant equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and performance targets.
    • Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in strict compliance with all applicable safety regulations, maintain the highest quality standards, and adhere to established project timelines.
    • Provide strong leadership and direction for the day-to-day operations of the organic fertilizer production plant, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production.
    • Continuously optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, minimize operational costs, and ensure the consistent production of high-quality fertilizer products.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of skilled operations staff, including production technicians, maintenance personnel, and quality control specialists, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
    • Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
    • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Coordinate closely with the following departments:
      • Purchases: Collaborate to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, equipment, and supplies.
      • Logistics: Oversee the efficient and safe transportation of raw materials and finished products, optimizing delivery schedules and minimizing transportation costs.
      • IT: Work with the IT department to implement and maintain the necessary technology infrastructure for plant operations, including process control systems, data management, and communication networks.
      • Planning: Coordinate with the planning department to develop production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure alignment with market demand.
      • Compliance: Work with the compliance department to ensure adherence to all applicable environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
      • ISO: Collaborate with the ISO team to establish and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and promoting continuous improvement.
      • Develop and manage operational budgets, implement effective cost control measures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

    Chief Operations Officer

    The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will lead and oversee all operational aspects of the company’s core projects: the organic fertilizer production plant and the electric vehicle assembly and sales operations. This senior leadership role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration throughout the development, construction, and commercial operation phases. The COO will drive efficient, safe, and compliant processes while scaling operations to meet business growth and sustainability goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning & Execution

    • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company mission and growth plans for both fertilizer production and EV assembly projects.
    • Lead operational planning for development, construction, and commercial launch phases.
    • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives ensuring seamless transitions between project phases.

    Operations Management

    • Oversee daily operations of the organic fertilizer plant and EV assembly line ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and compliance.
    • Optimize supply chain, production schedules, inventory management, and distribution channels.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

    Project Development & Construction Oversight

    • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams during plant setup and equipment installation.
    • Ensure all operational requirements are met on time, within budget, and adhere to environmental and safety standards.
    • Manage contractor relationships and vendor performance.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams.
    • Foster a culture of safety, innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
    • Implement training and development programs aligned with operational needs.
