    Operations Lead

    About the Role

    • As Operations Lead, you will be the backbone of truQ’s day-to-day activities, ensuring every delivery, integration, and partnership runs smoothly. You’ll build and scale the processes that power logistics execution, finance operations, customer satisfaction, customer success, and service delivery across Nigeria.
    • This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in structured chaos, excels at building systems, and can translate vision into seamless execution. You’ll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams in product, finance, and growth to ensure we scale efficiently without losing quality.

    What to Expect

    Within Days:

    • Understand truQ’s current ops model across user onboarding, trip management, and customer service.
    • Review our fleet partners’ performance data and key operations workflows.
    • Define key KPIs across trip fulfillment, fleet performance, and service quality.

    Within Weeks:

    • Optimize onboarding, training, and daily fleet engagement processes.
    • Streamline fleet verification and compliance to reduce friction.
    • Improve trip fulfillment rates by closing operational bottlenecks.
    • Create a performance management system to monitor and reward high-performing drivers.
    • Support expansion logistics into new Nigerian cities.

    Within Months:

    • Build and lead a distributed team of fleet support reps and regional ops agents.
    • Own service quality across all regions — delivery timeliness, issue resolution, and fleet availability.
    • Collaborate with product and growth teams to digitize and scale critical ops functions.
    • Roll out key support tools and communication protocols to boost partner retention.
    • Enable partners to earn more and operate more efficiently through better planning, data, and support.

    About You

    • Process-Oriented: You’re a systems thinker who can build scalable operations with structured SOPs and KPIs.
    • Logistics-Savvy: You've led or contributed to field ops in transport, mobility, logistics, or supply-chain environments.

    Finance Associate

    About the Role

    • As a Finance Associate, you will work closely with the Finance Lead to manage day-to-day financial operations, support reporting and analysis, and ensure accurate and timely tracking of transactions. You’ll be instrumental in keeping truQ investor-ready and financially organized as we grow and scale.
    • This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background, a sharp eye for detail, and a desire to grow into strategic finance.

    What to ExpectWithin Days:

    • Get familiar with our current accounting and reporting processes
    • Track daily revenue, expenses, and cash inflows/outflows
    • Support monthly reconciliation and bookkeeping tasks

    Within Weeks:

    • Validate incoming revenue, flag discrepancies, and provide insights to boost profitability
    • Support payroll, invoicing, and vendor payments
    • Work with other departments to ensure proper budget tracking and documentation

    Within Months:

    • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal use and investors
    • Assist in updating our financial models and performance dashboards
    • Assist in annual audit preparation and compliance filings
    • Help identify areas to improve financial efficiency and reduce waste
    • Contribute to building internal processes for financial approvals and controls

    Growth Lead

    About the Role

    • As Growth Lead, you’ll drive truQ’s next phase of growth and expansion across Nigeria. You will own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, working directly with the CEO and across ops, marketing, and product.
    • This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes from scratch, and knows how to turn insights into results. You’ll design and test acquisition strategies, lead cross-functional experiments, and help us scale from thousands to tens of thousands of users.

    What to Expect

    Within Days:

    • Understand truQ’s current growth model and customer segments (B2B, small-scale transporters).
    • Audit current acquisition channels, CRM and growth playbook

    Within Weeks:

    • Engage key supply communities to kickstart acquisition conversations.
    • Define and document truQ’s overall growth strategy and growth playbook to scale demand and supply
    • Launch acquisition campaigns for small-scale transporters
    • Collaborate with Ops and Product to test onboarding and improve operators activation rates
    • Set up clear performance metrics for onboarding demand acquisition and supply onboarding
    • Fastrack and close key partnership conversations

    Within Months:

    • Lead cross-functional efforts to test and grow new products
    • Drive expansion across at least 3–5 Nigerian cities based on market dynamics
    • Lead a distributed team of reps, marketers, and community agents to drive both demand and supply.
    • Own and execute user acquisition strategies across B2B channels, direct sales, online marketing, and grassroots onboarding.
    • Continuously refine the growth engine by measuring, learning, and iterating based on market feedback and product performance.

    About You

    • Customer-Driven: You deeply understand B2B buyers and speak the language of logistics, supply chains, or platforms.
    • Experienced Growth Operator: You’ve led measurable acquisition, activation, or expansion at B2B or marketplace companies. Bonus if in logistics or fintech.

    Logistics Fulfillment Officer

    About the Role

    As a Logistics Fulfillment Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing logistics demand from clients and ensuring every request is matched to the right supply within truQ’s network. This role sits at the heart of our logistics engine, connecting businesses to reliable transporters and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery experiences.

    You’ll work closely with business clients, transporters, and internal teams to fulfill trips, track performance, resolve issues, and contribute to demand growth. If you have strong logistics experience and access to a network of transporters, this is the role for you.

    Job Description

    • Source logistics demand from new and existing B2B clients across retail, FMCG, and distribution sectors
    • Match logistics requests to the right vehicle type within truQ’s supply network
    • Leverage your existing network of truck owners and transporters to fulfill client requests efficiently
    • Coordinate trip execution from start to finish — including dispatch, tracking, issue resolution, and closure
    • Monitor and report on trip performance, fulfillment rate, and customer satisfaction
    • Support pricing, client negotiations, and supply availability based on capacity and urgency
    • Collaborate with the operations and supply team to forecast demand and ensure supply readiness
    • Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering reliable service and resolving any post-trip issues promptly

    About You

    • Experienced in Logistics: 1–2 years in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations
