    Human Resources Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the company's HR operations and support organizational growth through effective people management practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
    • Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal activities.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
    • Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
    • Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Professional certification such as CIPM is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

    Executive Assistant

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Managing Director.
    • This role goes beyond the traditional Personal Assistant function. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the MD’s office, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution of tasks and initiatives delegated by the MD.
    • The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the Managing Director, internal teams, clients, and external partners, while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. The role also requires attending meetings alongside or on behalf of the MD when required and ensuring proper follow-up on key decisions and action items.
    • This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can represent executive leadership effectively.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Communication & Liaison

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal staff, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate professionally with clients and partners on behalf of the MD.

    Meeting Coordination & Representation

    • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all required materials are available.
    • Attend meetings alongside or on behalf of the Managing Director when required.
    • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
    • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
    • Prepare briefs and reports for executive meetings and engagements.
    • Maintain proper documentation, records, and confidential information within the MD’s office.
    • Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the Managing Director to improve operational efficiency.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of the MD’s directives.
    • Proactively manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
    • Coordinate local and international travel arrangements where required.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
    • Technical Proficiency
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
    • Industry Knowledge
    • A background in technology, ICT, telecommunications, or banking is an advantage.
