We are looking for an Associate Videographer/Video Editor who is ready to grow and eager to learn, someone who understands that great video is not just about good footage but about telling the right story.
This role sits at the heart of how our brands show up on screen, from short social clips to longer form features and event coverage.
If you are always thinking about how shots come together, how pacing shapes emotion, and how a single moment can turn into a powerful story, this role is for you.
You will work closely with the rest of the Cabal Creative team and collaborate across editorial, marketing, and creative teams to bring clear, engaging ideas to life through video.
Working closely with the Events Lead and cross-functional teams, you will assist with timelines, vendor coordination, logistics, documentation, and live event support.
You will help keep moving parts on track, manage communication with partners and suppliers, and ensure event-day operations run smoothly.
Strong organisational skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments will be essential.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, dependable, and ready to take increasing ownership over time.
You’ll gain exposure to large-scale events, contribute to improving internal processes, and play a key role in delivering high-quality experiences for our audiences and partners.
