We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Junior Talent Associate , who is eager to grow within the People and Culture space and contribute meaningfully to the operational success of our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Talent function, ensuring that people processes run smoothly and efficiently across the organisation.
You will be working closely with the existing Talent and Admin teams, as well as collaborating with other cross-functional teams.
Your day-to-day will involve working with the team to keep all operational and strategic activities running smoothly.
