    Quality Control Manager

    Job Description

    • The successful candidate will oversee the entire Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), R&D, and New Product Development (NPD) departments, as well as supervise Production and the training of staff on quality parameters.
    • The manager must independently handle audits such as NAFDAC, SON, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant standards. Key responsibilities also include people management and a willingness to take on additional duties, such as Store and Dispatch management, as required.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
    • Experience: 3–4 years of post-qualification experience specifically in the Food & Beverage manufacturing sector.
    • Certifications: Professional certification in HACCP (Level 3 or higher), ISO 22000 (FSMS), or Quality Management Systems (QMS) is highly desirable.
    • Willing to resume immediately.

    CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a Retention Architect with a mininum of 3 years Experience. We aren’t looking for a support specialist; we need a data-driven marketer who understands how to map player behaviour to revenue.
    • You will own the technical execution of automated customer journeys, using data-led decision-making to minimize churn and maximize Player Lifetime Value (LTV).
    • Only candidates who have managed budgets or tracked ROI/LTV will be considered.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Architect Automated Journeys: Design, build, and deploy complex, multi-stage automation workflows (onboarding, churn prevention, and reactivation).
    • Behavioural Segmentation: Use RFM modelling (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to segment players and deliver hyper-personalized offers.
    • Technical Campaign Execution: Manage the "Marketing Stack" to deploy multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, Web-Push, and In-App triggers.
    • Performance Analysis: Track and optimize technical KPIs including ARPU, Retention Cohorts, Conversion Rates, and Bonus Spend Efficiency.
    • A/B Testing: Lead a rigorous testing culture to optimize subject lines, CTA buttons, and incentive structures.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Performance Marketing or CRM Marketing experience.
    • Tool Proficiency (Mandatory): Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Braze, CleverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage. (Note: Experience with general helpdesk tools like Zendesk is not sufficient).
    • Analytical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups) or SQL to interpret player data.
    • Copywriting for Conversion: Ability to write high-converting, direct-response copy for push notifications and SMS.
    • Industry Background: Previous experience in iGaming, FinTech, or E-commerce is highly preferred.

    Head of Growth & Marketing

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Growth & Marketing to lead our aggressive expansion in the iGaming sector.
    • This is a high-stakes, data-centric role. You will be responsible for a 7-figure monthly budget, and your success will be measured by Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). We are not looking for a creative enthusiast; we are looking for a commercial strategist.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full-Funnel Management: Optimize the entire user journey, from initial ad click (Top of Funnel) to first deposit (Bottom of Funnel).
    • Performance Media Buying: Directly oversee and optimize paid spend across Meta, Google Ads, and Programmatic networks.
    • Data Attribution: Implement and manage tracking to ensure every Naira spent is attributed to a specific user acquisition.
    • Influencer & Affiliate Strategy: Manage high-impact influencer partnerships with a focus on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), not just "likes" or "views."
    • Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage 7-figure advertising budgets with a primary focus on achieving a positive ROAS and scaling the user base.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 4-6 years in a high-growth marketing environment (iGaming, FinTech, or FMCG preferred).
    • Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), AppsFlyer/Adjust (Attribution), and Meta Ads Manager.
    • Analytical Rigour: Ability to build performance dashboards and present data-backed growth projections to the MD.
    • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and CRM) to hit aggressive monthly targets.
