    Inventory Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire an Inventory officer who will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
    • The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for handling the procurement of materials/ merchandise and its proper distribution.
    • He/She must also ensure that goods are kept in good conditions at all times.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare the purchase orders, receive, and store stock and coordinate the giving out of supplies from the stock.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with recorded quantities.
    • Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
    • Analyse inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and propose appropriate actions such as liquidation or promotions.
    • Oversee the arrangement of goods in an orderly system for easy identification and retrieval when required.
    • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage and theft.
    • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are achieved.
    • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements and other relevant metrics for management review.

    Requirements

    • At least a First Degree in Accounting, Administration, Logistics or relevant field.
    • Proven experience as inventory officer or in similar position.
    • Prior experience in warehouse management will be an added advantage.
    • Proficient with the MS Office suite - Excel / PowerPoint / Word.
    • An analytical mind with numerical competence.
    • Ability to accurately track inventory and generate reports.
    • Methodical approach to complete tasks with the ability to pay attention to detail.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Job Description

    • Identify potential opportunities and advise the Business development and sales team to follow through.
    • Ensure dedicated business relationships with clients and partners are maintained and grown.
    • Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from the services provided.
    • Conduct regular client visits in accordance with the company’s business value proposition and initiate modifications where necessary to better service the clients.
    • Enlighten prospects and clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Engineering.
    • At least two (2) years prior experience as Relationship Executive or in related role.
    • Ability to forge profound working relationships.
    • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.

    HR / Admin Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Administration (HRA) Manager to lead, direct and manage the day-to-day HRA activities for its Ikoyi location.
    • The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
    • He/She will also manage employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations, among many other tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, review and report on human resource strategy, ensuring the company’s strategic objectives are well understood and executed.
    • Facilitate talent acquisition processes from job description, to recruitment and manage the employment life cycle.
    • Manage new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs, learning and development.

    • Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan that aligns with the company’s mission, vison and objectives and drive high performance.
    • Manage payroll, bonuses, incentives and other employee recognition element.

    • Oversee administrative functions by ensuring proper implementation of internal administrative procedures to maintain seamless work environment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent related Degrees to the HR function.
    • 2-3 years of professional experience of progressive and hands-on Human Resources and Administrative functions.
    • Must possess working knowledge and be up-to-date with relevant employment related laws, compensations, planning and development and overall administration.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is an added advantage.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
