KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise all security guards at various locations (both outsourced & in-house guards)
• Liaise with Nigerian Police force to process police reports when accidents or theft occur
• Liaise with VIO, Lastma, FRSC to ensure the release of official vehicles that have been impounded
• Prepare theft and accident reports for insurance claims
• Monitor lapses in security, recommend areas of improvement and train new and existing guards on current security procedures
• Supervise mobile police officers attached to various locations
• Constantly review standard operating procedure of security guards
• Perform any other functions requested by the Yard Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have previous experience working for either the Nigerian Police Force or the Military. Candidate must have a keen eye for details and be able to communicate effectively (orally and in writing)

WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant role

SALARY: N179,000.00 - N200,000.00.

• Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.

• Teleconferencing setup and support.
• Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
• Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
• Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.

IT Support Specialist Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or Computer Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
• Knowledge of cloud computing.
• Knowledge of the functionality of the Active Directory.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office/O365/M365 tools (adv. Excel is an added advantage, not must).
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
• Proficiency in IT helpdesk solution.
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.

Salary: 150,000- 175,000gross
