    Category Marketing Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for planning & execution of all aspects of the marketing function for the assigned product portfolio. Developing & activating the annual marketing plan for the concerned products in sync with organizational plans.
    • Planning and executing strategies in keeping with Brand, Category & Product objectives & KPIs.
    • Market Research and all forms of Syndicated & Customized Studies pertaining to the designated categories like Brand Health Tracks, Usage & Attitude Studies, Concept, Product, Packaging and Communication Tests to name a few.
    • Develop and activate Knowledge & Insights pertaining to Consumer, Industry, Trade, Competition and so on.
    • Developing and implementing communication strategies for the products & brands.
    • Ownership & responsibility for excellence for all ATL, BTL & TTL Initiatives that are part of the Marketing & Category Plans.
    • Plan & Execute Digital & Social Media initiatives.
    • Lead all commercial execution pertaining to the role, in coordination with internal departments (e. g. production, supply chain, sales, distribution, RTM, R&D, Procurement) and external partners (e.g. agencies, vendors, regulators, support & service providers), thereby delivering successful marketing initiatives across platforms & geographies.
    • Organizing and conducting community outreach & CSR programs.Managing, supervising & developing the team reporting into the position. Implementation and maintenance of quality systems and processes with specific focus on growth, cost reduction and continuous improvement.
    • Responsible for market activation programs, consumer promotions and trade initiatives- with robust control & tracking mechanisms and effective metrics.
    • Product management for the portfolio, including Innovation & NPD.
    • Developing Brand Associations & Properties across media vehicles & consumer touch points.
    • Any other job which may be assigned by the management from time to time

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 10+ years Food/ FMCG industry experience in the core Marketing function, with demonstrable successes in the various areas of Product & Brand Management.
    • Additionally, a stint in Sales & Distribution will be appreciated
    • Experience of dealing with multi brand/product portfolio in a large Food/ Beverage Company.
    • Good experience of executing ATL, BTL, TTL, Market Research, Media Planning & Category Management across diverse geographies

    Terminal Manager

    Role Functions:

    • Arrange reservations and routing for passengers.
    • Examine passenger tickets as well as direct passengers to the specified area for loading.
    • Plan routes and computes ticket costs, using schedules, rate books, and computers.
    • Read coded data on tickets to ascertain destination, mark tickets, and assign boarding passes.
    • Assist passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart conveyance.
    • Announce arrival and departure information, through the public-address system.
    • Confirm with the passengers to advise on changes in travel schedules.
    • Sells and assembles tickets for transmittal or mailing to customers.
    • Check baggage and direct passengers to a designated location for loading.
    • Assign specified space to customers and maintains a computerized inventory of passenger space available.
    • Determines whether space is available on travel dates requested by the prospect.

    Requirement and Qualifications:

    Qualification:

    • Interested candidates should possess a BA/BSc/HND Degree
    • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in ticketing and sales
    • Strong communication skills.

    EHS Officer(6 Contract)

    Responsibilities

    • Collate all operations safety reports for safety meetings
    • Ensure EHS boards across the site is updated with information and calculate site safe man-hours
    • Support Risk GEMBA walks during inspection to identify hazards on all areas
    • Ensure compliance of contractor management entering the Mills
    • Update and maintain records for all related EHS based trainings.
    • Support PTW system for all critical activities
    • Audit training records of employees, contractors, and subcontractors EHS induction
    • Develop EHS procedures and support operation team in work instruction/procedure development.
    • Support Incident/accident investigation.
    • Participate and coordinate EHS drills and emergencies.
    • Conduct monthly PPEs audit.
    • Coordinate waste management activities and verify records
    • Ensure proper documentation of EHS documents
    • Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance before critical work commencement an audit needs to be done and verified.
    • Support operations by providing simple solution to minimise occupational Hygiene, Safety and Environmental risks.
    • Support in EHS training program.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of two years relevant experience in FMCG EHS environment is a MUST
    • Candidate must have proven work experience in a manufacturing industry
    • Possession of a NEBOSH certificate will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of ISO 14001 system.
    • Knowledge of ISO 45001 system
    • Understanding of contractor management.
