Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily operations of the facility.
• Supervise cleaners, technicians, security personnel, and other support staff.
• Monitor power supply, generators, water systems, and office utilities.
• Coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and facility service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle facility-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related field.
• Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of maintenance procedures and workplace safety.

Added Advantage:

• Experience working in malls, restaurants, or commercial facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Organize safety trainings and awareness programs.
• Maintain proper HSE documentation and records.
• Continual surveillance of the Offices, warehouses/workshops, installations & other potentially hazardous areas that require industrial safety precautions & ensure that all necessary safety equipment & safety signs are in place throughout MP Infrastructure work sites. 
• Assist and participate in emergency drills as required. 
• Assist and advise supervisors with good housekeeping practices. 
• Ensure Fire Marshall’s are deployed where required

Requirements 

• Degree or certification in HSE or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
