Job Objectives
Design & Project Excellence: Provide strategic design across all projects within the Group, ensuring architectural outputs meet the highest standards of creativity, functionality, compliance, and client expectations.
Project Coordination & Delivery Management: Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end architectural process across the companies, ensuring alignment with project briefs, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements while maintaining consistency and quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from design development through construction, coordinate consultants and site teams, and ensure that quality, timelines, and design intent are protected throughout delivery.
- Develop creative and functional building designs that meet client needs.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to align design with structural, mechanical, and electrical requirements.
- Meet clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.
- Supervise construction to ensure work aligns with approved designs.
- Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
Required Skills and Experience
- Master\'s degree in architecture
- 5 – 7 years progressive experience
- Excellent use of Revit
- Strong technical and construction detailing skills
- Proven experience taking projects from conceptualization through construction stage
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

This is a site-driven role that requires mobility, technical confidence, and accountability. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel as projects demand.
Job Objective
- Construction and Project Execution: Ensure that all building projects, renovations, or construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and regulations.
- Building Systems and Maintenance Management: Monitor, maintain, and optimize the operational systems of the building.
- Compliance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all building operations and construction activities.

- Ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

- Identify and resolve technical and construction issues promptly.
- Enforce health and safety compliance across all sites.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and handover documentation.
- Support inspections, snagging, and project completion processes.

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience working on pile, pad and raft foundations.
- 4 - 7 years of progressive experience in the field of construction.
- B.Sc or MSc. in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Willingness to travel across different states for projects (important).
- Experience working on medium to large scale building projects.
- Able to work smartly and adapt to different site environments.
- A self-starter that requires minimal supervision.
