    Cost Accountant

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our Finance team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing production costs, maintaining accurate cost records, and providing financial insights that support sound business decisions across our manufacturing operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and monitor standard and actual costs across production and manufacturing processes
    • Prepare cost of goods sold reports and variance analysis
    • Maintain and update the Bill of Materials and standard cost database
    • Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual cost audits
    • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate cost data
    • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to identify cost saving opportunities
    • Prepare detailed cost reports for management and recommend corrective actions where necessary
    • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting standards
    • Assist with month end and year end close processes
    • Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accuracy of stock records.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in cost accounting preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
    • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is an advantage
    • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes
    • Proficiency in accounting software — experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • High attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

    Sales Administrator

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support the sales operations team by ensuring smooth coordination of orders, invoicing, customer follow-ups, reporting, and general sales administration activities.
    • The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales and distribution environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process customer orders accurately and follow through from order confirmation to delivery coordination
    • Prepare invoices, sales orders, delivery notes, and other sales documentation
    • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and order tracking sheets
    • Follow up with customers on pending orders, deliveries, and documentation
    • Support the sales team with reporting, data entry, and administrative coordination
    • Monitor stock movement and liaise with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
    • Assist with reconciliation of sales records and customer accounts where required
    • Prepare periodic sales reports and provide administrative support to the sales department
    • Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues where necessary
    • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years relevant experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, or related roles
    • HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related discipline
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution experience is an added advantage
