• Experience in Oracle BRM and CRM platform

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 6 Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Job Description

• Billing - Support - Engineer - Telecom Billing application support (Telecom BSS/OSS, KYC, Enterprise Billing Solutions, IT Applications)
• Technical Expertise & Hands on sound knowledge to do Unix/Shell Scripting and MySQL/ORACLE query writing - Working experience on Rating, Billing, Invoicing, 4G LTE, broadband services, FTH, WTTH.
• Provide end to end L2/L3 support for billing application modules (Billing Platform for 4G LTE platform and VoLTE)
• Support changes carried out by interface applications like CRM, Provisioning, PCRF, OCS and Reporting. - Provide support to Customer Operations team, Internal Users, Revenue Assurance and Business needs
• Analysis of Events / Renewals/ Service/System in error, provide work around solutions
• Overall knowledge of the E2Eapplication, systems & solution for their application suite.

Basic Function

• To provide effective and efficient hands-on technical solutions in the Installation, Routine maintenance, and Repair of air conditioners.

Principal Responsibilities

• To effect the installation of Residential Air Conditioner units.
• To carry out the service of both Residential Air Conditioner units and Commercial Air Conditioner units.
• To troubleshoot faults in Residential Air Conditioner units brought into the workshop.
• To effect repairs (including the mounting of the compressor) as necessary in a residential Air Conditioner unit.
• To carry out any other related duties, as may be required.

Requirements
Work Experience:

• A minimum of 3-5 years post qualification experience in the R&A environment (Installation, Maintenance & Repairs).
